سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

رضاك يهمنا. يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ استلام طلبك.

شروط الاسترجاع

  • لأسباب صحية، تُقبل منتجات التجميل والعناية بالبشرة فقط إذا كانت مغلقة بغلافها الأصلي وغير مستخدمة.
  • المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لا يمكن استرجاعها، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي.
  • يجب إرفاق رقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو مختلف عن طلبك، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور للمنتج، وسنستبدله أو نرد مبلغه كاملاً مع تحملنا تكلفة الشحن.

طريقة طلب الاسترجاع

راسلنا على support@janatbeauty.com أو واتساب 0581103353 موضحاً رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع، وسنزودك بخطوات الإرجاع. يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن السبب خطأ من طرفنا.

رد المبلغ

  • الطلبات المدفوعة إلكترونياً: يُرد المبلغ لنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5 – 14 يوم عمل.
  • طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام: يُرد المبلغ عبر تحويل بنكي أو رصيد في المتجر حسب اختيارك.
  • رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يكن الخطأ من طرفنا.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare products are only accepted if unopened, sealed in original packaging, and unused.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or issue a full refund, with shipping costs covered by us.

How to request a return

Email support@janatbeauty.com or WhatsApp 0581103353 with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5 – 14 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as you prefer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
