سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

نشحن من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى جميع إمارات الدولة ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (السعودية، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، عُمان).

مدة التوصيل

  • داخل الإمارات: 1 – 3 أيام عمل.
  • دول الخليج: 2 – 5 أيام عمل.

تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيدها. الطلبات المؤكدة بعد الساعة 2 ظهراً أو في العطل الرسمية تعالج في يوم العمل التالي.

رسوم الشحن

تظهر رسوم الشحن بوضوح عند إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع. قد تطبق رسوم جمركية بسيطة على بعض شحنات دول الخليج حسب أنظمة بلد الوجهة.

الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)

  • خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام متاحة داخل الإمارات، وفي دول الخليج حيثما تدعمها شركة الشحن.
  • يتم تأكيد طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام عبر الواتساب أو الاتصال قبل الشحن، وأي طلب لا يتم تأكيده خلال 48 ساعة قد يُلغى.
  • يرجى تجهيز المبلغ نقداً عند التسليم.

يصلك رقم التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية فور شحن طلبك.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship from the United Arab Emirates to all Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).

Delivery times

  • Within UAE: 1 – 3 business days.
  • GCC countries: 2 – 5 business days.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders confirmed after 2 PM or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Minor customs duties may apply to some GCC shipments depending on the destination country's regulations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available within the UAE, and in GCC countries where supported by the courier.
  • COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before shipping; orders not confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled.
  • Please have the exact cash amount ready upon delivery.

A tracking number is sent to you by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
