الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك موقع JANAT BEAUTY (janatbeauty.com) وإتمام أي طلب شراء، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية:

1. الطلبات والأسعار

  • جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (أو بعملة بلدك حسب إعدادات المتجر) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما تنطبق.
  • نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو اشتباه باحتيال.
  • تأكيد الطلب لا يعني قبوله نهائياً إلا بعد شحنه.

2. الدفع عند الاستلام

  • يلتزم العميل باستلام الطلب ودفع قيمته عند التسليم.
  • في حال رفض استلام الطلب بدون سبب مقبول، يحق لنا تقييد خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام للطلبات المستقبلية.

3. استخدام المنتجات

  • منتجاتنا للاستخدام الخارجي فقط.
  • يُنصح بإجراء اختبار حساسية على منطقة صغيرة من الجلد قبل الاستخدام الكامل، وإيقاف الاستخدام فوراً عند أي تهيج.
  • المعلومات في الموقع لا تغني عن استشارة طبيب الجلدية، خصوصاً للحوامل والمرضعات وأصحاب البشرة الحساسة.

4. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتوى في الموقع من صور ونصوص وعلامات ملك لـ JANAT BEAUTY ولا يجوز استخدامه بدون إذن كتابي.

5. حدود المسؤولية

مسؤوليتنا تقتصر على قيمة المنتج المشترى. لا نتحمل مسؤولية سوء الاستخدام أو عدم اتباع التعليمات.

6. القانون المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بما في ذلك قانون حماية المستهلك.

Terms of Service

By using JANAT BEAUTY (janatbeauty.com) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in AED (or your local currency per store settings) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
  • An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until the order is shipped.

2. Cash on Delivery

  • The customer commits to receiving the order and paying its value upon delivery.
  • If delivery is refused without an acceptable reason, we may restrict COD for future orders.

3. Product use

  • Our products are for external use only.
  • A patch test on a small area of skin is recommended before full use; discontinue immediately if irritation occurs.
  • Information on this site is not a substitute for consulting a dermatologist, especially for pregnant or breastfeeding women and those with sensitive skin.

4. Intellectual property

All site content including images, text, and trademarks belongs to JANAT BEAUTY and may not be used without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for misuse or failure to follow instructions.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including consumer protection law.
