سياسة الإلغاء

إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن

  • يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً في أي وقت قبل شحنه، بالتواصل معنا عبر الواتساب 0581103353 أو الإيميل support@janatbeauty.com مع ذكر رقم الطلب.
  • نظراً لسرعة معالجة الطلبات (خلال 24 ساعة)، ننصح بطلب الإلغاء في أقرب وقت ممكن.

بعد الشحن

  • بعد خروج الطلب مع شركة الشحن لا يمكن إلغاؤه، ويمكنك بدلاً من ذلك استخدام سياسة الاسترجاع (30 يوماً) بعد الاستلام.

استرداد المبالغ عند الإلغاء

  • الطلبات المدفوعة إلكترونياً: يُرد المبلغ كاملاً لنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5 – 14 يوم عمل.
  • طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام: لا يوجد مبلغ مدفوع، فلا توجد إجراءات استرداد.

رفض استلام طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام

  • رفض استلام الطلب عند وصوله يُعتبر إلغاءً متأخراً.
  • تكرار رفض الاستلام بدون سبب مقبول قد يؤدي إلى تقييد خيار الدفع عند الاستلام للطلبات المستقبلية والاكتفاء بالدفع المسبق.

حقنا في الإلغاء

نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب في الحالات التالية: عدم توفر المنتج، خطأ في السعر، اشتباه باحتيال، أو تعذر تأكيد طلب الدفع عند الاستلام خلال 48 ساعة. في حال كان الطلب مدفوعاً، يُرد المبلغ كاملاً.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before shipping

  • You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships by contacting us via WhatsApp 0581103353 or email support@janatbeauty.com with your order number.
  • Since orders are processed quickly (within 24 hours), we recommend requesting cancellation as soon as possible.

After shipping

  • Once the order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled; instead, you may use our 30-day Return Policy after delivery.

Refunds for cancellations

  • Prepaid orders: fully refunded to the original payment method within 5 – 14 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: no payment was made, so no refund process is needed.

Refusing a COD delivery

  • Refusing to accept an order upon arrival is considered a late cancellation.
  • Repeated refusal without an acceptable reason may lead to restricting COD for future orders, with prepaid payment only.

Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases: product unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to confirm a COD order within 48 hours. If the order was prepaid, the full amount is refunded.
